Arath
Designed an experience that feels gentle, intuitive, and deeply personal, where the interface becomes a mirror rather than a monitor. The goal was to move away from traditional productivity-style mental health tools and create a space that feels alive, emotional, and safe.

Design Challenge
Most mental health apps feel clinical — they track, measure, and categorize emotions.
But people don’t always need data; they need space to feel and reflect.
The challenge was to design an app that offers comfort and depth, not pressure or performance.
It had to look beautiful, feel human, and encourage inner stillness — without asking too much from the user.

I approached Arath as a visual reflection tool, not a tracker.
Each screen focuses on mood, intuition, and subtle motion, using calm colors and organic shapes inspired by the moon and sea.
Instead of multiple options or heavy text, users are guided through soft visuals and mood-based prompts that adapt to their emotional tone.
The design system focuses on minimal content, natural rhythm, and visual breathing space, creating an experience that feels like talking to your inner self — quietly and honestly.
